My current company has a clause in their contract that states I cannot remain at my current facility with another agency for a period of one year. What are the chances they would follow through with threatened legal action if I signed with another agency?

the chance of them following through are pretty good- considering there would be money involved for them. See if your new company will be willing to buy out their contract.....
