Fully furnished in a soft muted Southwestern style and colors. All household items, linens, towels, and everything else you will need is already here. Also has TV, stereo, wireless internet and separate small office space with desk. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, plates, pots and pans, and appliances. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer inside the condo. Large 2 car garage with one wall of storage cabinets.

The condominium complex is relatively small and has a beautiful large swimming pool with 2 Jacuzzis and a tennis court. The location is close to shopping, plenty of restaurants, all area hospitals and the Mayo Clinic. Airport about 20 minutes away, Old Town Scottsdale about 10 minutes.
