Description: Health care Professionals needed for home visits in Denver. Would be required to perform admissions, new evaluations, routine visits, and supervisory visits in patients' homes.
Requirements: Health care Professionals will be a graduate of an accredited school. Must be licensed in Colorado and have at least 1 year of experience. Previous home health experience is highly recommended.
