I need to interview an RN

Can anyone help me? The RN I had scheduled to interview stood me up...

    1. What is your educational training?
    2. What was your motivation to choose nursing as a career?
    3. Please describe the work tasks performed in your current work setting.
    4. Are you a member or involved in any professional organizations? If so, please explain. If none, please explain why.
    5. How has the nursing shortage impacted your nursing practice?
    6. What impact do you think the aging nursing workforce will have on patient care?
    7. Using Benners Stages of Nursing, how would you rate yourself and why.

    Benner is missing Stage 6:

Bitter & jaded: The bitter & jaded nurse is common in the ER and ICU, and is characterized by his/her general distrust and dislike of the general public. He/she has been pushed too far too many times by rude patients, non-understanding administrators, and doctors with God complexes....
