    From Ohio

Hi everyone. I'm from Ohio, thinking of traveling in about 2 years. The economy is a concern, so my plans are flexible, but we are preparing in ways that are good for us whatever the outcome -- paying off debt, saving more cash, and simplifying our lives. our youngest child is 21 and finishing college, while living at home. we're almost empty nesters, and not yet 50, cause we started our family when we were barely adults ourselves.

looking forward to learning from all of you.

    Tammy

welcome to you. I too am also almost an empty nester, my youngest is 14 and is planning a military career when he graduates. Traveling sounds so fun a way to rejuvinate your life.
