New comer with much despare

Hi,
I'm new to this site. I'm a 15yr nurse veteran. My career started somewhat early. I'm so happy to find this forum. I need so much advice regarding on going issues with staff as a charge nurse (2 yrs). Help!!!

I think we all have had problems with staff. :rolleyes: I have some on-going 'problem children' right now.

Anyhow, stop by often and vent in the Rubber Room, say hello in the Daily Thread, etc. We'll be here. :D
