Geez! May already. And where WAS everyone yesterday? I had a good excuse; worked 13 hours, and 7 of them were on my own.

well I got a call wed afternoon at 4pm that my upcoming contract in Vegas had been canceled already so I'm hunting for a job again just a bit frustrated. Have a mess still here at home to get cleaned up. Something will come up just when and where is the question

Sorry to learn about the job being cancelled. That sucks rayally. Guess it means you have some time to clean up that mess you mentioned?!

I gotta get mug shot for Driver's License today; just realized that (plus pay bills!)

Any good books waiting to be read? Like I'd mentioned, 'The Shadow of the Wind' is pretty good. I found that it was a 'hard to put down' book, just like the book that is a basis for the story. I've read where the author has a prequel coming out in June, and I can't wait.

Well, got some things done, but not all. There's road work going on, and I didn't feel like sitting in a 2 lane parking lot for however long it took. Given my schedule, I'll just have to put some things off (as usual!).

It's now close to 3:30 pm; where IS everybody?

I worked on the basement mess some today and my daughter came over tonight and worked on it some and took lots of her junk with her.

Got a job offer of just over $26/hr for alaska starting in July...can't do that I can stay home and work PRN for that
