Same old stuff with me. Got woke up by some idiot who turned his car radio on blaring right under my window. Happens frequently where I live. I suppose I'm supposed to be thankful that the drug and other illegal activity in the building is down. There are still some real _____ who live here.
I swear, my schedule has changed so many times in the past 2 1/2 days. I am confused. Thus, if I don't start the thread tomorrow, you all know why.

I just got back from a walk to Wendy's after mailing some letters. I passed a new addition to the neighborhood on the corner; I noticed signs in the windows of a previously vacant storefront saying they would be open at 4:30 pm today and the windows were all covered with dark coverings. I looked up to see what kind of business had moved in and lo and behold a large sign for "Herbal Caregivers ..." with a larger than life depiction of a cannibis leaf. Just what I want my grandchildren to be passing each day to and from school. It is between the apartment building and the corner, so crossing the street isn't an option. Now to warn their mom to give them a refresher on avoiding strangers. :cool: :nurse-no:

Sounds like a bold individual enterprise.
Medical use is one thing, but the suppliers in my state do not have a reputation for legitimate business practices. Really not much new for my grandkids anyway, since the people across the hall from them and across the hall from me keep the hallway in the apartment building reeking. I don't know which is worse, the weed odor or the crap that they burn trying to disguise the smell. Ugh. :26:
