Omnicare Inc., which dispenses drugs to nursing homes and long-term care facilities, said Tuesday Chief Financial Officer David W. Froesel Jr. will retire by the end of 2009.
The company retained an executive search firm to find a replacement.
Froesel, 57, will continue in his current role until a successor is identified.
