Hello all

I am an older nurse getting up there but still working. Not harder just smarter. I started as a Hospital Corpsman with the fleet Marines in '70 and here I am still working trauma er in Metro area of Texas. Cant get it out of my system

Wonder myself how I'll spend my later years in nursing. At 40 I'm not sure how much longer I'll want to stay at the bedside juggling a full assignment.

Luckily there are lots of other options out there.
