LVN - Case Manager

CA-San Fernando, We are proactively looking for a LVN Case Manager with approximately 1-2 years of Case Mgmt experience. This candidate must have the following experience: * 1-2 yrs of Case Management experience * Authorization experience * Exposure to Milliman Care Guidelines Job Details: * Schedule is M-F from 8am - 5pm * Pay rate is $30-33/hr * Position is located in San Fernando Valley Required Skills: CASE MA
