NJ-Northern, Nurse Practitioners are needed for a project all throughout New Jersey. With this project, the NP will conduct home visits and conduct diabetic assessments. Visits will last no more than an hour. NPs that have prior nursing experience as they will be conducting physicals and discussing prior medical history.
