MA-Medford, CPR certification required MA RN license required. The First Assistant RN coordinates nursing care, assists in Surgical Services procedures and related services within the Surgical Services Unit. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Registration and current RN license required. CPR certification needed. I.V. certified needed. ACLS, CNOR and RNFA certification required. Minimum of two years
