Registered Nurse Case Manager

MI-Livonia, The Medical Team, a full-service Home Health Agency is looking for a Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our Catastrophic Care Division. Nurse will conduct case openings and manage and assist with client care. Experience with case management, spinal cord and closed head injuries preferred. Must have IV and blood drawing skills. Excellent written/verbal communication, problem solving and decision
