NY-Buffalo, Supplemental Health Care is looking for SEVERAL Nurse Practitioners to perform evaluations on Medicare members at their homes throughout the State of New York. A member history will be provided before the visit. There is very limited direct patient care involved. Practitioners will not be responsible for administering or ordering treatments nor will they be responsible for prescribing medications.
