Charge Nurse

MA-Beverly, Charge RN positions are few and far in between. This is a great opportunity for experienced hemodialysis nurses to acquire management skills. Ensure provision of quality patient care on a daily basis and supervise the direct patient care staff. In this position you will maintain overall shift operation in a safe, efficient, and effective manner, conduct staff meetings at least monthly or as needed
