Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator

PA-Philadelphia, We are looking for a tenured Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) for our facility. Last year we had only 4 deficiencies with no sub-standards and currently we operate at 100% census. The ideal candidate will be able to work within a team environment, be very concise and have the ability to maximize reimbursement and who is very knowledgeable about the MDS process
