Hey blu, the site is undergoing a huge revamping, mainly to integrate all the features under one login and to make the interface more user friendly so things may appear a bit "dead". Stick around, it will get much better.
Thanks for signing up.
Blu Glad to meet you hope to chat soon.

Hello everyone. I'm so happy I have found this site. It's nice to hear what others are dealing with out there. I am a new nurse, I just graduated in May and it's nice to know there is a place to go to talk out some of the problems I am running into and also to gather fresh new ideas or inspiration.
I'm back... been gone a while (would you believe working??) LOL
I really like this site and I hope I will have the privilege of chatting with you all.

Welcome back blu.
Well thank you. I have enjoyed this site. I work in a cardiac and trauma critical care unit. I love nursing and I soak up all knowledge about neuro patients. I also enjoy recovering hearts from open heart surgery. Neuro is my love though. Thanks again, ceil blu rn
I just recently found this site, and I love it. I have recommended several of my nursing buddies to visit this site also. I don't post a lot, since I never know what to say, but enjoy reading all that is posted. Keep up the good work!
Thanks!!!
Come back and visit often... Great additions are coming!!!

I joined some time ago and have just graduated as a new nurse and having problems adjusting +++. I did find a forum here with help for new nurses but cannot find it now. I am looking forward to support and advice. I'd love a gradchat forum because I feel about to give up and work in a nursing home area. I am just overwhelmed. My workplace is small hospital with 18 beds and two staff members to 9 patients and one more if over 9. I am just terrified of getting out of my depth and can only work one day a week due to sick husband. Every time I work we seem to have a debrief with me always coming out as needing more training. And I do!!! While I'd love to became a good and experienced nurse and develop professionally, I am concerned about making mistakes. Any help would be a godsend.
