May I suggest several of points to enhance the career of CNS and pull in more viewers?

As a nurse, who has an interest of advancing my education, trying something new and exciting, and give the adrenal rush in the career of nursing.

I decided to research the nursing career for tradition and nontraditional nursing positions which the nurse possesses advance degrees such as MSN and PHD.

I found several entries and CNS was on the list. Could you give me more information than point me to the direction of the main website for CNS? Could you tell me in your own words about the profession? Where do you see this profession in Five years? Will it survive or fade into the history books? What is the ideal salary range for this position? Benefits? Perks?

Please explain to me why should I become a CNS and what makes this career unique & rewarding for me? Please sell this to me in your own words without using the links.

Why are you in the field, what do you like about it and dislike and most of all, have your grown from your first day until today?

As I read the post, (I clicked the link you had posted) it explained the position for CNS was Public Health/Community Health. And the post (which was posted by you) explained the transitional phase that acknowledges CNS and several others are specialties as well as grandfather in CNS into the certified specialty.

I would want to know is this the only sector in our society that will accept CNS, Public/Community health. This would be a narrow and dead end career for me. I would see it becoming over flooded with CNS and few positions. For examples, as Nurse Practitioners and Nurses were in the past after graduation, there were more people than jobs and people suffer.

I do not want a dead ended specialty career or I have to walk the pavement to sell this career to get a foot in the door. I should cross the line and take my chance in med school or law school.

I am not about money and it’s nice to pay the bills. But my goals are to help and teach people about health care and the importance of health care in their environment. I would like to work half of my time in the homes of my patients and the hospitals for cardiac/trauma. I am an adrenal junkie. I am a rebel and outside the boundaries, I need a position that can meet my goals, and my needs.

Therefore, Please tell me about your profession, the importance of CNS in health care, and How can CNS be utilize throughout the Medical profession.

Thank you very much,
Chillshy
