QIS Consultant Nurse Consultant

NC-Fayetteville, UHS-Pruitt Corporation is seeking a Nurse Consultant to work with our Veteran's Long Term Care facilities in Fayetteville and Salisbury, North Carolina. The QIS Nurse Consultant will provide consultation, chart review , education and survey preparation and conduct mock surveys.
