NJ-Cherry Hill, Two hospitals need an RN case manager based currently in ACUTE CARE, or MANAGED CARE - The ideal person will be currently at a supervising , director, or manager level of case management. The ideal RN must be a "systems thinker", coming up with solid strategies to integrate and manage care between two separate hospitals. There will be 40 fte's between the two hospitals answering to this individual
