heart beats

Last Monday I had a haert catherization. The Dr told my wife that everything looked real good, but the bottom of my heart is beating slower than the rest of my heart. I am having a MUGA test on 1 April. No one has raelly told me anything about this condition. What can cause this? Is this a degeneradive disorter? The Dr. did say that my condition can be treated with medication and as a last resort a pacemaker. I'm just looking for information that can help me understand what my heart is doing.
