CULLEY, WHELAN W. JR., 87, of Largo and formerly of New Port Richey, died Sunday (Dec. 4, 2005) at Oak Manor Nursing Center, Largo. He moved to New Port Richey in 1991 from his native Memphis, Tenn., and recently relocated to Largo.
