NY-Islip, Two Positions available for LPN with leading Home Health Agency to work with clients in Suffolk County, NY. Ideal candidate will have Pediatrics experience. Will train for Peds if LPN has experience working with Trach and GT. Hours available: 40hrs are available if selected candidate can work the weekends. Other shift available is Tues/Thurs/Friday evenings and either days or eve's on the weekends
