Red face Re: Welcome to our new Nurse Educators discussion...

 I am the new pediatric nurse educator at my hospital. I have been in peds for 13 years. This job is very new and different though. I feel a little incompetent but am trying to get my groove. Does anyone have any info on doing a nursing assisstant class ?

Hello, my name is Becky. I am an instructor at a local technical college. I am right now in the practical nursing program because I am actively working on my MS in nursing education. I have only been teaching for one semester, and I love it. I left my beloved critical care background due to a medical condition that the doctor says no more floor work. I have always enjoyed having students with me, and now I can affect them. I am excited, and I really enjoy it.
