Family nurse practitioner

AZ-Chinle, Onward healthcare is looking for a family nurse practitioner for a health care facility. Period of performance is going to be November 17th 2009 through September 30th 2010. Must have a valid, current, full and unrestricted license to practice as an optometrist in any state within the united states. Must also have experience as a NP as well board certified with the American nurse credential center
