IL-Lombard, VITAS Innovative Hospice Care is seeking an RN to service patients in and around Des Plaines, Park Ridge, Bensenville, Hoffman Estates and Rolling Meadows. The VITAS Nurse is a member of the interdisciplinary team and is the pivotal person in identifying the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the patient and family. Initiates appropriate intervention and support for the patient
