TX-Houston, Medix is currenlty hiring LVN Case Managers! Candidates must have atleast 1 year of clinical experience within a Home Health setting. Ideal candidate will have Home Health Pre-certification experience. Duties will include, referrals for treatment, prior authorization, setting up delivery for DME, handeling both Medicaid and Medicare, etc. Applicants must be available M-F 8 am through 5 pm daily
