    advantage RN

Hi everyone! Ive been talking to an advantage RN recruiter for a possible travel assignment. I only have one travel contract under my belt and it was with RN network. Anyhow...this recruiter is telling me that they dont offer travel reimbursement because they incorporate it into the salary that's why they pay more. Is that at all true? I was happy with RN network but the recruiter I was working with left to go to school or something and this other person that took over doesnt seem to follow up as much as I'd like.
Im talking with cross country and trinity also....
    any comment is greatly appreciated!

I have not heard of that being putting the travel $ in your pay.
    Not sure how that works.
If you like RN Network, just ask for another recruiter.
    I've done that.
It does not hurt to check into other companies just to compare pay, etc.
Cross Country has alot of jobs

It depends on which Kaiser facility. I worked at Kaiser in San Diego & it wasn't bad- I stayed for 6 months. But I have heard horrible things about the Kaiser facilities in the Los Angeles area.....

thanks! it's the Kaiser in the san rafael/richmond CA. How much is the pay rate in that area of CA? I feel like im being cheated on cuz my recruiter said they dont have a travel reimbursement because their pay is already high as it is. Has anybody been with trinity? I've heard a lot of good things about them...Im just trying to keep my options open...Thanks!

I just finished an assignment with Advantage and they did not pay travel but they added an additional 2 dollars an hour onto the pay. They were a very good company to work with. What ever I needed they worked hard on getting the hospital to fulfill. I will work with them again if I get the opportunity.

yes, my recruiter really worked with me and was willing to look at options for me. I am currently doing an assignment in MO with them and so far, it's been good with advantage.
