OK, I'll start! I like to do Crocked Chicken when I'm able. It's done by the time my husband is home from work, and the leftover chicken (if any) can be used in other dishes.
OK, folks! I know we all get pretty busy and all, and don't always have time to cook 5 course meals. So, what all do you guys make?

I do French Toast when possible. To jazz it up some, I may add a bit of ground cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter.
Eating out doesn't count? Humm, quick and good is spaghetti. Another is a great salad. Save left over chicken to have in salad. We do not like casserole dishes. It means, for me, cooking several dishes when I prepare a meal.

Those dished like soups are good and last more than one day. In the winter, I cook chicken soup, had a baked sweet potato, and crackers for everyone except me. I like cornbread with mine.
Other vegetables and changing up on the meats is great, too.

I love cooking and Barbecuing with a passion. I cook and my wife cleans. Equal division of labor. I am also a great soup maker, me and my crockpot. I will set it up the day before or in the morning, then ignore until, we are ready to eat. 5 minutes to throw the ingredients in, set it and forget it. At least until its time to eat
I have a wonder recipe if you or your spouse/family eat meat. Get the beef kielbasa (usually from the refrigerated section/sausage/ready cold cut meat) and add 2 cans of Luck's Pinto beans with onion (or equivalent) OR cut a few pieces of a white cooking onion (you can freeze the rest) and a large can of tomato sauce. Cut the kielbasa down the middle, then cut 1/2" pieces along the way. Add the kielbasa and onion in a pot and simmer for a bit while you open the beans and tomato sauce cans. Add beans and tomato sauce and simmer pretty low for 30 mins and you'll have an AWESOME meal (if a small family, for 2 days!) TRY IT!
