Hello all, I'm not even sure it's possible but I think it would be ideal to travel with 1-3 other RN's to share the housing stipends, etc. I think it makes sense to have a 'home base' and when a great assignment comes available for the 2-4 total RN's the group could travel together. I think it could be great fun and a perfect opportunity to see some of the various cities in the U.S.
Anyone in Kansas City thinking of doing some travel nursing? I have two years experience, all in the ICU setting. I'm currently working for a local agency here in Kansas City, M.O. I have my CCRN certification and looking to apply to anesthesia school but I really don't want to pass up the opportunity to travel for a year or two.
