AZ-Phoenix, Overview : Must have at least 2 years of current RN experience in a hospital setting. Telemetry and ICU experience needed. Should also be able to float to our Medical Surgical Units. ACLS required. Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with facility and department policies and in accordance with the standards of professional nursing practice.
