    Question about RN program requirements

hey! i'm not in college yet but have been searching online for several different community college RN programs to get an idea of what's required to be considered for acceptance. when it says a composite score of at least a __ on the ACT is required to be considered, does that mean they look at only the composite score and not the scores on each section (reading, math, science, english)? i do meet the composite score requirements, but my science and math scores weren't so hot, so i'm not sure if that would keep me from even being considered...
    does anyone know?

Wink Re: Question about RN program requirements

If it says composite scores and does not list each section such as, (and a score of at least ____ in math, and at least ___ in science), then you can suppose that is all they are looking at when it comes to the ACT test. Remember though, that there are usually more than one selection criteria and your overall score in everything they check is what is going to get you selected or rejected. Good luck finding the program that is right for you.
