Debating whether or not to choose Nursing.

Yea i would do the Cadet program, i guess that is ROTC. After college i would have to serve in the National Guard or Army for 4 years as an Officer.

Thought your were interested in the Army Nurse Corps? If so, you would have an 8 yr obligation as an Army Nurse Corps officer.

Hey Soldiernurse, long time no see! Well.. it's been almost a year since we talked. I am now a senior in high school and am seriously considering nursing in the army. But to answer your long awaited question I would go to NGSCU and major in nursing, all while on the 4-year ROTC scholarship. Once completion of the four years i would have to serve 4 years of active duty. But i am not really looking that far ahead at the moment, still trying to make sure this is the right choice for me. (It's obviously the smartest when it comes to an oppurtunity and economical standpoint.) It's good to be back here.
