Happy Tuesday!
Morning, all. Hope you all are doing well. I got a 1pm Dr. appt. here. What joy. Boss called yesterday re: taking me off the schedule for today. I am down for Thursday and Friday midnights. *Sigh* This will be fun.
SN, elipticles seem like they'd be more harm than good. Then again, knock yourself out, as the saying goes.
Cali, we should think of some way to get that neighbor back.
Happy Tuesday!
Working on being a happier me!
Good morning everyone. Hope everyone has a nice day and hope you are feeling better today Cat. I have thought of something for the of a neighbor but it requires a bit of technology that I don't have the money for at this time. My granddaughter suggested that I complain to the apartment manager, but she is noted for doing nothing. I've complained in the past about the parking lot being turned into a playground complete with screaming, yelling kids who knock their balls against the building. Nothing. Lately, that has diminished, but only because the kids decided to stop it themselves, I am sure. I need to get some stuff going. My procrastination is getting to be a detriment to my Activities of Daily Living, as the LTC folks say. There is a lull in the rain right now. We are supposed to get another storm today and an even bigger one tomorrow. Oh, joy. At least I don't have to worry about driving in it until Friday. I don't like to drive in heavy rain, as it can be quite dangerous on the highways around here. I want some breakfast. A cup of nice hot coffee or tea sounds good.
If 'knock yourself out' is the plan on an eliptical, i'd have that down pat. Everytime i've ever attempted to use one of those, i always fall off. Which wouldn't be so bad, except that there's always a gym full of people to witness that.

Marie, I am having a hard time NOT imagining you flopping off the things. Give me a regular bike. At least you still have your wits intact. I'd miss that most of all. After all, I do get a hoot out of the hemorrhoid line.
Procrastination is getting to be my middle name here, too. Did go shopping with mom, and we're heading out tomorrow, also: pay a bill, vote.......
OK.......where are the rest of you? Hmmmmm?
i was having surgery @ 12pm.. The nightmare began afterwards.
