Hello everyone I need some advice.
I am a recent graduate that was hired straight into the ICU, now after three months of orientation I will be on my own. One of my preceptor thinks I'm not ready becasue I dont have the greatest time management skills. I do agree with her but will extending my orientation help me with managing my time?
