Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice Nursing Home Visits full time

FL-Ft. Lauderdale, VITAS Hospice is seeking RN's to visit with our hospice patients living in local area Nursing Homes on a full time basis. The VITAS Nurse is a member of the interdisciplinary team and is the pivotal person in identifying the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the patient and family. Initiates appropriate intervention and support for the patient and family upon admission to VITA
