I'm new to tis site looking for advice hopefully or to see if going to nursing schoolwas a complete waste of my time and money. I graduted from an ADN program in 2009 and I have tow felony convictions but I was denied in florida to take my NCLEX after I applied and paid my money because of a new statue that they came out with in July 2009. Now i'm unemployed witha degree i might not be able to use. This sucks but anyway...............
hello everyone glad to be on this site to gather information and to meet new people....:fight:

Welcome to the site, MissPinky! I'm glad to meet you.

I'd been looking at the IL Nurse PracticeAct, and noticed their list of what would 'hold up licenses'. I wish you luck.

I hope to see you around!

:60: Welcome to the site. Have you looked into other states or are there any avenues open to you after completing some kind of requirements? I wouldn't let the degree just go for nothing without trying another possibility. Good luck.
