DS1122 Apr 6, 2006, 8:40 PMI've heard that Maxim Healthcare pays its home healthcare LPNs straight time for hours worked over 40 in a week, instead of paying them overtime (time and a half) for hours over 40. Has anyone else heard/experienced this?
