getting reinstated in texas

I lost my license in 2005 due to addiction. Ive been clean 4 yrs now and am on parole. Can anyone tell me where to start to get my license back. I am in Texas and just don't really know where to begin.

Sure. Call your Board and inquire. They will send you the info. Or you might find the procedure on the Board's website. It should be there. Hope your efforts are successful and you are able to make it back to nursing.

When you say parole do you mean that you went to prison? I don't know what the rules in your state are about parole and holding a nurses license. Check with your board first then go from there.
