For example, think how a person born to a diabetic mother is more predisposed to that disease (this goes for other genetic diseases as well). On the health behavor aspect I would think of what the diet in that family consists of, how is exercise perceived, and overall lifestyle & health beliefs. Those all affect that person's health.
