My name is Derick Blair and I am in my last year of the Registered Nursing program at Confederation College. I graduate in May 2004 and am considering moving to the States to work for a few years at least. I do not want to travel nurse as I have a wife and 2 young girls, but I would like some information on what kind of benefits and incentives there are for nurses coming from Canada to the States.
