    Tell me about Bone Glue!

MarieLPN, I trust you have seen it used in your tours of duty in the OR. What can you tell me about it? How 'bad' does an injury have to be to have the stuff used in 'your' OR?

Hi, what brand of " bone glue " are you talking about? We work with bone matrix graft material a lot.

I have always thought glue was just a joke. Now I understand it is actually a reality. True? I know nothing about it.

Do you mean cement? They use cement frequently in total joint replacements. Bone filler, like cancellous chips are used to fill voids in other types of surgeries. Dermabond, is a liquid bandage that is often used to close wounds, but not bone.
