FL-Ormond Beach, VITAS Hospice is seeking LPN's for Night Pool positions working with our hospice patients. The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for coordinating the patient’s and family’s care. Provides skilled nursing care as determined by the interdisciplinary plan of care. Teaches families and other primary care persons appropriate care techniques. Provides accurate documentation with visit itineraries.
