Hello!

It is Friday. I'm happy as hell about it. I may or may not goto work tonite.
The sun is bright and weather is still cool.

Smiles is not a happy camper! Smiles went to the dr yesterday for my last chixpox shot. The MA gave me Garasil, instead. Umm One I would not give a dog that mess. Two, It's not what I was supposed to get.. My arm is sore and achy. The MA is new or oldschool b/c she would not put the safety device on the needle as she transport to the sharpie container. Two, I was 'really' bleeding from both entry points. The dr apologize and said the vaccination should be harmless. No I dont GAF!

So I am going to pamper my arm. I dont like the pain.

Cat, I'm glad 3rd shift is agreeing with you!

Happy last day of Winter, at last and finally! Tomorrow is the first day of Spring, can you handle that?

Right now, I am pretty tired. Won't head off to sleep for a while, so I will just hang out and relax. See you all later.

Smiles, we were posting at the same time, so merged the posts.

Smiles,
I would not be happy at all about the wrong vaccine. AND, I've only seen Rn's or LPNs in Doctors Offces in my world. What is a MA doing giving shots, I guess Florida is trying to save money...WOW. THAT MA could really mess someone up.
Driving back to NY and no job and life goes on.

Smiles and Kdog: you will NEVER see me advocating for the Chicken Pox vaccine. NEVER!

Kdog, you can pop up this way anytime.

Hope all are doing well (SMILES!).

*waving *@ Kdog.. So You did not look into the travel or 13week contracts in TampaBay.. St anthonys andBaycare was advertising. I hope you get something real soon

My 1st flu shot was given by a MA in Ohio. After this experience, I dont think that I want a MA to give me a shot. I know it was an accident.. But they gave me *Bleep.. Bleep* Garasil.. Like I said Iwould not give a dog that *Bleep.* and I dont like dogs.. Yeah, I'm now wishing I had declined the chixpox shot.. But, it would have meant that I could not do a clinical with someone with shingles or chixpox.. (I had wanted a well rounded clinical experience)
Also my face has broken out per my shot. Both shots i have broken out. Did I mention the young MA was teaching the new MA? The young drawn the Garasil and new but being trained MA gave me the shot. So 2 pairs of eyes looked at the vial. I'm over 26.. So I was not candidate for Garasil. Everyone knew i was getting a second chixpox shot. The young MA and I were familiar with each other.. She hid when i came to get my shot..
