Dr. Joseph S. Bernan, 83, of Chambersburg, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2006, at Penn Hall Nursing .He was the son of the late Charles and Rose Bernan. He was the last of his siblings. Joseph was in private practice for 40 years. He was a graduate
