Hi there,

Before working at a hospital/facility, what are the most important things you take into consideration.

Please list as many as you think appropriate.

For me, the following matter:

1) Pay
2) Low stress levels
3) Relationship between staff (nurse-nurse, MD-nurse, manager-nurse)
4) Location

Thanks for you input :notworthy:

Number 1 for me is location and of course pay has to be decent.
Every interview I've had the managers always claim that the place is travler friendly.. they LIE. but then again, who is going to accept a job if they are honest and state a Hostile environment. I just finished a very bad job in Florida, and the place boasted of how wonderful things are there...... SO, it's tough to get the truth.
Low stress levels is important, but, again, you are not going to find that out on an interview.
