You said you are wanting to go to Italy. Do you speak fluent Italian? Do you have a nursing license in Italy? I have heard that licensing in many European countries is VERY difficult, plus you will need a Visa to be able to live/work there. have you worked as a travel nurse in the U.S.? I would take an assignment here to see how you like it before heading overseas. Just some things to consider...
