Mornin', folks. It's Thursday; what more can I say?

Cali, I have no idea what the heck is happening to us. I feel tired, yet when I lay down, I am then totally awake. Am still feeling a bit wonky. You have a rude neighbor.....that much is a fact.

I hope the day goes well today. I keep saying it's gotta get better, but when?

See you all later, but not THAT much later, I hope!

Happy Earth Day to you too! I am getting older and my body is telling me what it thought about all the years I abused it with my workaholic ways. Tend to avoid doctor visits because I do not like being kept in the dark or talked to in a condescending manner, since I've become a nurse and have a little bit of knowledge and an ability to look things up. Besides I don't want anybody interfering with my ability to earn a living. I'm attempting to get another case with a different agency today. Saw an ad for one that is closer to my place. Don't think I can take falling asleep on the highway after night shifts and I have to work. Hopefully I get the job. Now to go find my dern paperwork for working. Have a good Earth Day everyone!

As for the body telling us about our age I get it. I have the same problem with being tired and then not being able to sleep. I just had to listen to a 19 year old staff member who was tired and wanted a week off because she has two jobs. Heck when I was her age I had two jobs and went to school full time -- I'm almost 50 and work 70 hours a week and I'm the only income in our family right now.

I want to be standing on a white sand beach somewhere with a cool beverage in my hand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Peace and namaste

Hppy, let's all go to Hawaii! Naaah, too expensive. Why not Acapulco? Our money will last longer.

I swear, younger people have NO idea what we've went through; then again, we have no idea what our parents went through during the late Depression /War years. :notworthy:

I'm with you on Hawaii - too dangerous to go to Mexico right now with the Cartels running the country - I was actually thinking of running away to Figi and setting up a coconut stand. We were actually planning a trip right before my husband lost his job.

Peace and Namaste
