obtaining licensure in another state

I am a N.E. Ohio R.N. I had a postive employment drug screen, my license is on inactive status, no criminal charges, no hearing before the OBN. I followed the advice of an attorney who advised me to not cooperate with the hospital and the OBN investigator, instead I should resign because that would look much better than being terminated, which the attorney conviced me was going to happen. All I had to was cooperate, and agree to treatment I did anyway and I would be back at work now. This wonderful attorney got nearly 5000.00 out of me for " negotiating '" a consent agreement. And now the icing on the cake; I had i license in PA, you are required to disclose any disiplinary actions taken by one state to the other states where you are licensed. Of course I followed the advice of another wonderful attorney and now my PA license has been suspended for at least 3 years, then I can do rehab again and the random drug screens and all the other BS.
My question is this; What are chances of me obtainingl icensure in another state after I have complied with my consent agreement, also I worked as a trevel nurse for more than a year and loved it, will any agency hire to work as a travel nurse? Am I stuck here in N.E. Ohio the rest of my career?
